Allot of people want an In-game parser, a majority of the forum dwellers even, if you take the ratio that voted in the ->Would you like an in game parser thread<- as evidence, since the ratios grew together at a constant rate. Most people also want limitations. A few limitations suggested were:

A Group Parser would only exist in "Group Minded" content. Much like how Loot Master could be denied in a farm party. This, however, could create an overwhelming pressure that to deny parsing would mean you were a bad player. A fail-safe could be made to anonymously deny the party wide parser. The queue would pop, for say, Ravanna EX from a Bird Farm. 8/8 would vote to commence. A second notification would appear and say, the party leader has requested a group *in game term for Parser* for this duty. Would you like to allow it? If one person denies it or if the 15 second timer expires, only the personal parser will show, which you can disable in your HUD. No name would be revealed. Over time, this could discourage involuntary parsing from PC players, because they would have their own in game parsing system, just as you do.

Content such as Duty Finder Roulette will not have an option for a group parser, again, just a personal parse. Players who queued as a group would have the option to Group Parse.

Overall I feel this would be a very fair compromise, seeing as parsing already exists on PCs. What will eventually happen will probably be SE allowing Add-on support on PCs and Consoles which will then put PS4s in the same boat of "Don't ask, don't tell."
