Interesting tidbit about Titan Extreme

So, when you get to Superbombs, likely the 2nd set of Superbombs, and Titan is low on health...
DO NOT IGNORE SUPERBOMBS TO BURN TITAN!!!

Its very simple. Every time, the Superbombs explode. The 2 tanks survive.
Then, even IF you get Titan's health to 0.
Even IF you keep hitting a 0 hp Titan for another 10 seconds.
Even IF he actually "dies", doing his death animation and disappears and the screen fades to black...
Your tank will be killed by Gaolers, even after Titan himself is "dead"... And the instance will reset, and the game says you did NOT WIN.

Somehow... If Superbombs are up, or Gaolers are up, and you dont have a bunch of people alive... The game will say that you did not win. End. Of. Story.

I have seen this happen 4 times in the past 2 days. Good groups, good rng, good execution... people got greedy and tried to burn Titan instead of the Superbomb, and they die, and the tanks get Titan's HP to 0, and we still lose.
Please, dont be greedy, dont ignore mechanics, and dont keep putting other people through this shit.
There is a good 30 seconds after the 2nd set of Superbombs to burn Titan, that is more than enough.

+1 i have kill titan with nearly ilvl 90 or ilvl 90. I would like see him with Ilvl 67 stuff doing titan extreme, would be funny, to see how much phase he will get

We've killed Titan (Extreme) with an ilvl 67-70 group just for fun. Fight time was roughly around 8:30 using MNK DRG BLM BRD WAR PLD SCH WHM. It wasn't too dissimilar from our kill times with 7 people, so Titan ended up dying around the 2nd set of line bombs after the heart if I'm not mistaken.

Indeed. You should not be getting to a second set of superbombs. If you are, you need to replace some dps, or if you're a static, upgrade your gear more. I understand you're trying to encourage people to play smarter with this thread, but you're really just highlighting a vital flaw in the groups you've joined.
