Hi

Basically when you buy the game and after installion, it becomes bounded to your PSN ID, and after set up, you need to already have setted up an account management with SE and log in via your account with SE so the game is bounded to that account

If i do it that why it will make a seprate service account for the ps3 from mz current pc service account.

It wont do a new service account. You can bind it to the old one. I have both PC and PS3 versions of the game in the same service account. Keep scrolling down and check every option. Remember that PS3 windows are kinda limited. Hope that helps a bit.
