Manually using pet abilities?

I am just against putting her on steady and doing it 100% yourself. In cases where she is not healing and you want her to pre-cast or heal someone above her % you can still manually cast while she's idol. Though, she usually is always casting anyway, I mean really how often can you keep a whole party+tank above 15% anyway.

That said there are people with different play-styles so obviously the advice isn't for everyone but in my opinion steady is a worse option unless you need a specific ability to go off immediately (Fey Covenant for expected magic damage for example).

I know you guys are talking about sch, but smn has a problem to. You should be able to set obey without having a target. It's ridiculous that you have to have a target before obey will work.

I really hate this too. I don't know why they did this...
