The first one will use obey regardless of what I am targeting and immediately use heel afterwards. This is because when using obey, your pet will remain stationary as if you placed it there and this is typically not ideal. Using obey will allow you to manually cast embrace and will also prevent your fairy from using their cooldowns unecessarily. Fairy will continue to automatically use embrace in this stance if you choose not do it manually.

Second macro returns fairy to Sic mode regardless of my target, and immediately uses heel afterwards because like obey, sic also will force your fairy to remain stationary. Returning fairy to sic mode will allow her to use her cooldowns at will. Her skill priority is "Whispering Dawn" -> "Fey Illumination" -> "Fey Covenant" for Eos, and "Fey Glow -> "Fey Light" for Selene. You can stop her from using cooldowns at any time by pressing obey macro. In most cases, you will want to pop all of Eos's cooldowns at the same time, and using sic instead of trying to cast them manually in obey mode is much faster due to global cooldown from embrace often preventing you from casting her skills at the precise moment you need them. If you don't want her to use all her cooldowns just click obey macro before she casts the cooldown you don't need. For Selene she will cast Fey glow, and fey light immediately once fey glow has worn off. In this mode selene will always have one buff or the other activated as long as she is on the field. She will also automatically cast silence if she detects an engaged enemy is casting an ability that can be silenced, although this sometimes fails due to GCD. Also note, because of diminishing returns, having selene automatically cast silence can potentially negatively impact an encounter.

Last two macros just force fairy to focus heal the target you want. Generally you want her to heal the target you yourself are healing anyway. There are few circumstances that would ever necessitate the healing of two separate targets simultaneously. In the event you really needed to do so, you could just click the macro on the first target, move to cancel your own heal, and then target the second target yourself and hit the macro again. Since fairy has casting time and GCD independent of your own, hitting the macro in quick succession will not cause fairy to change targets or cancel her initial cast.
