Why are you timing out on your first hop? That should be your computers NIC followed by the router > Gateway > Local node > remote route. Also, why are you routing from Tampa, to Dallas, To Chicago? You have multiple issues:

1.) You have timeouts on your first hop. This indicates an issue with your ethernet/WLAN card on your machine.

2.) I don't understand why you have no LAN hops. You should be hitting your local gateway and you're not (unless hops have been omitted).

3.) Your route path is inefficient. You may need to contact your ISP to see if they can change your route path (or use a VPN), but if 1 and 2 are accurate, you have more issues than the path.
