Many PS3 games play at 30 fps... that is normal. Character animations are limited on purpose... How does either of those things have any effect on you?

Fact is, the PS3 version has permanent fps issues, while looking bad and skipping animation frames. Sure, it is on purpose, because the system is weak, but that doesn't change the facts.

I play on the ps3 and have none of these problems that you are seeming to have... Perhaps you need to upgrade your ps3 and stop using the original model from 7 years ago and while your at it get hdmi cord and run it on a plasma or lCD tv... You do realize that refresh rates on your tv also reflect on graphics... I plan on moving to ps4 but to tell SE they need to pull the plug on the ps3... Your as foolish as this post...!!!

While I do plan to upgrade to PS4... Your description of PS3 game play better fits my experience trying to run on my PC. Typically my PS3 is actually better. So really what you are saying is "force everyone to get better hardware no matter the cost". Which is kind of preposterous. I am not spending $1500 on a new PC. Were I not going to be playing other games I wouldn't be spending $400 on a ps4 either.
