Tab targeting and "Appear Offline" mode

The Tab Targeting in this game is beyond awful, especially on Crystal Tower. If i wanna cycle through a mob in front of me and the tab taget decides to go off screen for a Dira or something thats insane. Can we get an update on this? Add a distance requirement for tab target to even work.

Why "Appear Offline" isn't an option is beyond me. In our FC, some people wanna spend the day crafting and or leveling alts with out being bothered or annoyed by LS or FC chat popping up with people asking them to do runs when they want to get other things done for the day. Yes I know you can set your status to busy and change a bunch of chat settings to hide the chat log. I shouldn't have to. An Appear offline function would work wonders. PLEASE make this happen.

Alternately you can communicate with your LS/FC "Sorry, but today I would like to spend on solo tasks that I enjoy." Appearing offline just makes things akward when they are looking for you in chat, and then happen to notice you in town crafting.

Tab targeting and targeting in general has been like that since 1.0, you'll always target things a mile away first instead of the thing right in front of you, you'd think it would have been fixed by now after 3 years since it was one of the most requested things but nope, better add more minions and mounts instead.

Tab targeting has a certain range, and will tab through all things in that range going by ABC order (next to the mobs name). It does get annoying though even knowing that.
