    Daily Roulettes not refreshing

    I've seen this a few times.

    I did the hard mode roulette at 9pm EST. I logged back on at 9am EST to do another hard mode roulette and it says it has already been done.

    I was under the impression these reset early in the morning? There have been several times when I did the roulette at 12am and the next afternoon it was back up.

    Am I missing something?

    It reset at 10 Am east not 9.
