Hello, I'm Uta Ututsu. I'm an i82 Scholar and i78 Dragoon. I've completed most of the content in the game, but I've yet to beat T5 or the EX Primals past Garuda. I'm currently on the Exodus Server (#1 in server population, but low in actually active players). Unfortunately, it seems this server doesn't agree with my time schedule, and that brings me to this topic.

I'm looking for a "late-night" kind of server, or at least a server with a healthy amount of activity late at night. I work evening shifts, so my play time usually starts at around midnight PST (GMT-8).

So, I'm only dropping this topic into servers I know are active, but what about the actual playerbase? Is it friendly? How easy is it to pug content, and what are my chances of getting into a good FC/Coils group. I prefer serious play, but I wouldn't consider myself an elitist.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'll probably make some Alts on the server just to get a feel for them before I make the decision to transfer, but some input would be nice.

Not sure about the late night thing but the rest is working out OK here. PUG content OK in PF, NOT DF. Recruitment should give an idea about FC status, whats the definition of a "good coil group", T5 on farm? For that it does not look too good.

T5 farm no. I myself haven't seen past P2 of Twintania.
Good enough though that most everything else is farm content though.

I think were pretty friendly...but than ive been with Leviathan since beta...meh

oh i know there are some fc's that have done ex Primals and t5 on our server, members in our ls have talked about it.
Not sure the fc they are in. And yes Leviathan is a very friendly server and seems busy all hours

I'll make an Alt on this server as well to see what the community is like. So far Gilgamesh has left me with
the impression that they really like to RP.

Honestly, of the two, you should pick Gilgamesh. I just transferred here about two weeks ago myself.

I'm fortunate enough to be in AU, so a transfer here wasn't a risk. However, the more research I did into picking a server to enter without any FC ties, I would of Gilgamesh for every reason across the board. Their population is also by and large the biggest one. The pug scene looks a lot better, there are rich FCs meeting any and every time frame and playstyles.

Leviathan really has community going for it, I haven't come across any innately mean person - in pugs that go awry I often feel like the jerk for leaving after 5-6 attempts that don't go well at all. I've been in PF groups that have lasted hours and while people do leave and get replaced, I've yet to see anyone be crappy about it in the /p chat. I've been in PF groups that eventually do overcome Titan/Twin, but I've also had many PF groups that go for hours only to end at the brink of a kill.

In short, Leviathan are generally loaded better people, Gilgamesh will likely house more, better players.
