No. SS doesn't effect auto attacks and it increases the rate we run out of TP which is already really fast. Drg, Brd and War have similar issues with SS. Its just not as bad for them. Never really had the issue with pld but it doesn't make it a good stat for them so yeah.

"I like skill speed" does not make skill speed good. It just means you think it is.
