skill speed is fine as it is... dont know why people want more skill/spell speed when we dont even have a "final" max level yet.... for all we know by lv 99 or whatever the final max level will be we will have 1s gcd...
Skill/Spell speed definitely needs some dev attention! Currently its very far behind Crit and Det for most classes.
this is a vertical progression mmo there is no Max.level and skill speed probably has diminishing returns on it to prevent the ultra lowering of skill speeed
I quite like S.Speed as it is, no need to buff it up. It actually allow you to do more actions in X timeframe and that alone is quite good, but for that well you need to be really, really on your A game, for multiple reasons !
Overall im feelin that S Speed is just not well used by absolutely everyone, because its actually the hardest component to master, the variation of skill / spell speed every 30 seconds with Selene up. But, when its actually used in a perfect timing regardin patterns of bosses / events, it does make a difference.

Det yes, skill speed... It's a love/hate relationship, we love the extra moves we can do, we hate the fact that it does nothing for our auto-attacks(the bulk of our damage) and that it literally makes us blow through TP even faster, and invig just isn't enough...
most people will get down to about a 2.40 skill speed you have to do 24 skills before you will get another extra attack. its returns are pretty paltry and pales.in comparison to det and crit
From a DRG point of view, you are bound to the Heavy Thurst buff, Phlebotomize DoT and Disembowel debuff timers. Even if you went heavy on Skill Speed and got an extra ability in within a perfect rotation, what ability would that be? Most of DRGs abilities are tied to combos. Then we have to take into account that the more skill speed you get, the faster you bleed TP and at a certain point even Invigorate won't be available when you need it. Most jobs are at a similar position. No. SS doesn't effect auto attacks and it increases the rate we run out of TP which is already really fast. Drg, Brd and War have similar issues with SS. Its just not as bad for them. Never really had the issue with pld but it doesn't make it a good stat for them so yeah.
"I like skill speed" does not make skill speed good. It just means you think it is.
