I nearly had a stroke reading you got the Garuda healer ring first time

Same here im over 50 runs and i have yet to see it drop when im healing... RNG tends to favor Tanks when im on my WHM. >.>
And yes ofc, it always drop when im DPSing and healers in the party are needing it.
