have not been able to log in for over 8 hours now. help

This is also happening to me and my other half, same internet connection, Virgin Media is our ISP. Weirdly lastnight I was online doing things when my partner tried to log on, eventually I logged off but now I can't log on at all and we both get the same errors every time we try.


I get this every time I try:

I am Getting the same error, and i am not from the UK.
how can this be fixed??

Same here. Tried all the proposed fixes and still nothing works. Apparently this bug has been around since beta and still not fixed. I'm sorry, I guess me and my money will go somewhere else.

Virgin Media customer here too, getting the same error. Went to try reinstalling this morning and the launcher wont even let me begin downloading. What an absolute joke

I am Virgin customer, but we have M0rt1x who's not even from the UK and having the same problem.

virgin likes to do this now and again. its blocked facebook many a time too

Just tried talking to Square....no luck, I'm being emailed a list of suggestions that might work. Sigh.

I've just spoken to the virgin media chat help, and the guy I was speaking to says that they have to wait for Square to contact them to say that there is a problom. This is going to get anoying.
