any (remixed triple triad/ tetra master , etc. ) PvP collectable card game would be awesome, also those cards could have usage like in FFVIII. You can convert x amount of card type to gain some craft material, etc.

The only problem i can see with this is currently obtaining materials is easy the market is pretty flooded
with most things though i do agree with the idea someone posted earlier to be able to spiritbind cards
for materia as each card could have 4 materia added to them that's a lot of materia per person for
a deck of 100 cards.
