Same here. I'm also on Virgin Media.

The worst thing is that I've been out of the game since December, just purchased a 6 month sub to get back into the game and I can't play it. I'm really hoping for a quick resolution here, but I won't be holding my breath..

Virgin Media here. Same error. The launcher hangs blank for about 60 seconds then comes up with the error.

Had router off for 30 mins to let it "reset" itself. Cache cleaned. Even tried removing both FFXIV.cfg and the boot.cfg from the folder. Same issues.

UK, not virgin media (get our internet through Orange), same error, on PC and PS3, since around midnight last night. Still getting it this morning.

Same issue here. I'm in the UK and on BE broadband (technically sky) full format of computer and still won't work so it's nothing on our side it would seem. Can't even download the game again now.
