Screw that, I wanna ride on a floating book
It fit into XI perfectly and it fit into FF perfectly as well. One of the first DRGs was born and raised alongside Dragons/Wyrms and one of the Main Dragoons in 1.x actually had a dragonkin Pet which SE retconned for ARR, know what this means?
If SE says there's exceptions, there will be.
Considering that they are slayers in the plotline, I'd be more interested if they brought the Dragon Killer trait over from FFXI into this game... seems appropriate.

"Well, it's no Vana'diel, but it'll have to do..."
Do we really need more class-specific mounts? I'm rather content with my Dragoon riding a giant kitty cat. (Yes, I am aware of the irony.)
I LIKE the fence. I get 2 groups to laugh at then.
In America (US urban the hood):
A goon is a personal bodyguard or a thug or ruffian employed by a person or people as a personal enforcer. A goon typically intimidates, assaults, or batters people who oppose their employer.

We already have class specific mounts - The Unicorn can only be obtained by a class specific quest for Conjurer. Also it wouldn't really be a mount alone as it would also be a tool for DRG to utilize in battle. People say 'pets make a class weaker'...
I want to see how weak SMN is, since you know, pets make classes weaker because I can tell you the pet is only part of the equation when it comes to SMN.
At those complaining at an "English please"
Yes there are some non natives, like me. But when you play a game like FFXIV were a LOT of people will rather know English than your native language, one can expect that you at least TRY to be comprehensible.
It is a pain in the tail tip, when you try to talk to someone and they blabber back, that a drunk chocobos kwehing makes more sense. And for everything thats holy, please at least know the english names of locations ingame and when talking about it use the auto tranlsate.
Ingame, SE, please have a better auto translate ._.;
