It doesn't matter what your jobs is. It is your responsibility to do everything in your power to make a run successful. Marking helps a group more than it detracts. I will always mark every pull, whether I'm on my bard, my scholar, or my warrior. The only exception is if I'm on my bard/scholar and the tank asks me not to. I play on PC so I have more keybinds at my disposal. I created macros to mark 1-5, put them on a hotbar that I don't use and keep invisible, then keybind my NumPad 1-5 to the corresponding numbers. It makes marking so easy it'd be stupid not to do it. PS3 users, I'm sorry. I also have macros set up to target each of the icons. This game has some of the worst tab-targeting I have ever experienced in an MMO. But I can admit that most people probably won't have targeting macros, and so that's more a personal quip.
