Why can't we have the ability to create accurate Parser?

A parser is useless here, nothing requires min/maxing and you don't even have gear selection to work on min/maxing.
There is no DPS in this game because it is DP2.5S, you are a damage dealer which is a role you can visually see if you are doing right and EVERY (same class) damage dealer will be doing the same damage with the same rotation at endgame.

PvP has one because theres is a total damage dealt per match.

There is no competitive nature or endgame as of yet in PvE, but PvP is difference the very nature of PvP is competitive.
