Why can't we have the ability to create accurate Parser?

I'd like an accurate personal DPS meter with a full breakdown of your actions taken in combat, with relevant information like crit & hit rates. I don't really care about how others are doing, I just want to have access to information to refine my own play.

Groups that care about pushing themselves to peak performance can share their personal information among each other and give criticism and suggestions. People who don't want anything to do with it can simply not share their information. Abusive behavior would be impossible as the information would be all personal. Reinforce it by starting to ban/suspend for parsers.

It's a win for both sides.
