In past experience tracking meters were used to help members progress their character, not isolate them to torment for not being as good as another. The meters were used to identify who might not be using their character to its full extent. Ie: improper rotation, lack of gear/improperly aligned attributes. It's used to help teams progress, see who's switching to targets and who isn't. IMO,it's a very useful tool if handled properly. Unfortunately there's always that guy, "I'm king (bad word) in this group and you guys all suck since I'm on top I can say that.."
