Can I still get the Dalamud minion?

I got mine from CD Japan but their website states they're out of First Press copies :/

So does this mean that it's no longer available from copies that come from the SE store? I'll be extremely disappointed if that's the case because I'm not paying even more money for one from e-bay.

Why can't we get an official response on this either? You'd think it'd be easy for them to answer the question.

I'd also like to add that I'm a bit annoyed at these exclusive limited quantity pay-to-get items and other nonsense. It's bull that as a subscriber it's impossible for me to obtain everything in the game without paying even MORE money on things that I don't particularly care to have or need just to complete aspects of the game.

Squarenix shop's support didn't properly answered this question when I tried. They seen to not understand the question.
I changed my question and tried again....it'll be my last try. They take like 24hs to answer so, I'll post the results tomorrow.

Aaaand its a normal SE behavior. Dissidia 012 had the same problem...some DLC skin came from Final Fantasy IV Complete, Final Fantasy Type-0 (JP Only) and...Parasite Eve 3rd Birthday

As many have pointed out in the thread, the Wind-up Dalamud minion can be obtained by purchasing the "Before Meteor" soundtrack from the Square Enix store. However, the codes for the minion (if I understand Squeenix correctly) were only available in the initial run of the soundtrack. I bought mine just before Christmas and when I did, there were only three left in stock. Two days later, they were out of stock and have been ever since.

I got my code in my soundtrack but there is a possibility that if you do purchase it now, the new print run will not contain the minion. (Which would be a pity...)

You can, of course, pre-order the new A Realm Reborn soundtrack which will come with a new Wind-up Baby Bahamut minion. I pre-ordered mine the day it was available and I'm looking forward to getting that minion in my collection too! (I love collecting them...)

The soundtrack is actually unrelated to Square Enix Support - Square Enix's online shop that handles games and stuff is actually run by a separate company (Digital River I think they're called) under contract to SE. Also for anything with a 'limited time offer' like the mini Dalamud minion, usually you see a disclaimer that says "while supplies last". And I think that's the case with Before Meteor - the SE store has just sold out of the first run edition.

I think it's safe to assume that the SE doesn't have anymore First Pressings..I mean the OST came out last summer, so its been out for awhile already.

As for the prices on Ebay, they're actually more or less in the price range that I paid for mine. With shipping from Japan I ended up paying roughly $60. Yeah Ebay copies are a little higher than that, but that's the price you pay for the guarantee that it'll come with a code. Those prices were in the 80-90USD range back when the soundtrack was first released.

Also, with one of those Ebay copies, a good deal of them advertise free shipping. If I didn't have the OST, it would be something I'd consider.

Probably a good thing I preordered the new one when I preordered Drakengaard 3 CE. Of course the bummer is I have to wait till D3CE drops before I get them.

Before meteor BluRay can be re-preordered in the SE store (EU).

And ignore the "code has to be applied before 31 december 2013" I got the OST in January the code worked fine and I have my dalamund minion.

It doesnt say 2013, it says 2014. You have almost another year.
