What horrible service

Okay so a bit over a week ago my account goes unregistered(0 notice, just boots me from the game mid dungeon to add to the problem). I have a prepaid mastercard credit card sitting here I got at xmas, 113 dollar balance, used it earlier that night for a dollar credit on facebook(so yes it works) and was rejected by the system. Not unusual this stuff happens with online things. Next day I go and buy a prepaid visa credit card, come home set it up online. Try renewing my game time and am rejected. Buy a dollar credit on facebook no problem(so yes it works). Go to the site's support help, tells me to wait 24 hours and try again. So I do, get rejected yet again. I submit a support ticket and explain the above.Well today I received an email(the ONLY ONE FROM THEM)asking me to do a survey on the service the last time I contacted them. What Service exactly? I still have the same problem, was never answered to in the first place. I have never had so much trouble giving away my money before. Needless to say at this point I am finished trying. Being mad at design and threatening to quit is one thing. Not being allowed to even log in pretty much ensures this. Just filled out their survey(with some unpleasantness) and renewed for WoW, game may be boring but at least it is playable. peace out guys and thanks Yoshi for ruining a 20 year franchise for me

Take it up with the cards customer service they normally the ones doing the rejections mine was rejecting netflix I call and them what was wrong they said netflix was doing too many transactions. I asked them to remove the block and they did.

I think your problem is the fact prepaid credit cards are probably not supported by the Square Enix Management System, as they lack certain security features that the system uses to validate the card. Hence why it keeps being rejected. If you don't have a proper credit card or debit card another alternative is to get a prepaid time card and use that, as they're far more reliable than credit/debit cards.

Statement: Square-Enix has always been notorious for their poor customer service call centers. This one remembers FFXI queue times for 4-5 hours, and that game only had 500k subs at its prime.

Thanks, didn't know they literally started 2 days ago because i knew for fact my local gamestops or walmarts don't have them.
