    They already said future Jobs will have more serious effects on Class Skills than current jobs.

    Future Jobs will even completely change Class skills into new skills or change their effects and potency to suit their new roles.

    GLA and MAR 2nd Jobs, for example, will have their Tank enmity skills changed into DPS Skills with DPS buff effects or debuff effects or perform higher potency with the increase enmity effect completely removed if they are given a DPS job.
