Thanks for the protip! My static is stuck on this part as well and we will try these methods during tonights practice.Statment: This one's static was having the exact same problem until a few changes were made. One, have the DPS bring both Higeas (small snakes) to 50% only then focus fire Asclepeus (Big Snake). During the second Dive Bomb Phase, have your BLM(s) use Manawall and just eat a divebomb if targeted and continue to damage the Asclepeus while the rest of the group is kiting the divebombs off, be careful though as while the BLM is immune to the damage from the divebomb, the rest of the group is not if the BLM is targeted so position carefully.

That's an issue as well. Melee shouldn't be getting stacks at all. Either they're positioned wrong, or the snakes are.
Should be something like OT | Snakes | Asclepius | MT + Melee.
Melee won't survive Twintania's return with stacks unless they're heavily stacking vit. And if they're stacking vit like that, they're sacrificing a lot of potential damage.

I always get excited in the egg & liquid fire phase, it's a real rush when she hits 30%. Totally GG and you know she is gonna die.
Now imagine an entire game like this...The feeling I got when clearing Twintania was definitely the best feeling I've had in the game so far. I hope turns 6 through 9 are just as intense.
How did other folks feel when killing her? Watching her health slowly drop, dodging Liquid Hells, hoping to god that everyone pulls off Hatch correctly... it was quite a rush.
Twintania is the only fight that I know of that makes you work for the kill as a team and forces you to use every skill and ability imaginable.
I was really happy when i killed twin for the first time, it was the only boss missing from clearing all game content. Also the first big boss i killed in any mmo, not counting some bad games with glitches. Felt like going to wow launch where i didnt get a good shot at mc/onyxia since i had to quit quite soon, and no on was really raiding.
Twintania is a challenging fight, but for a final boss, it lacks style and design which makes it a forgettable experience. The arena looks incredibly bland, bad music and for a flying creature, her moves are lame. In comparison, the Crucia dragon fight from Rift had it all - challenge, style, great design and music. I hope they make the final boss of Turn 9 to be memorable in all categories, not just one.

I admit to get the feeling "Finally done!"
But... its not the feeling "Something accomplished"
First, it is Teamplay and you need 7 others, in add mechanik does not allow mistakes (or not much mistakes)... frustration!
Secund, you improve untill reaching a point where you cant any more and have to rely on others, thats the point where it becomes a burden to go again, again and again... no progress!
In Sum, it is true, you will get a good feeling, but because repeating the same over and over again it just feels like "oh yea, what? finally... whatever!"
You are in a condition where you dont care any more if you win or not...
