Need new recruitment criteria for party finder

Well, I have repeatedly run into the issue of people so desperate to get a Titan extreme win that they try to sneak into Titan extreme farm runs. While we can at least queue for ifrit extreme to check for wins, it still turns into a time consuming and unpleasant endeavor to kick those people. Not to mention attempting to do it with those new people more often than not results in wiping when a farm is trying to get as many wins in as short a time as possible.

So in the meantime, I have to be an asshole to desperate people just so a group of eight experienced people can have the fun time they were promised. Can we please have a previously cleared criteria for party finder that acts like the role and ilvl restrictions?

or could you just assume that if only an elite cleared the content, you can still teach the way to do to newbs so that they can join farm parties after that ? Just an idea..

Are mercenary ex runs not known on your server? Oh no, you are on the same server as I am, so either you dont read shout or are oblivious as hell

I am completely behind this.

Just to be clear, I think Party Finder is a fantastic addition to the game (one of the best features thus far) and it has vastly improved my time with the game. I no longer need to hang around Mor Dhona (hardly ever go there now) just to find a party and can explore Eorzea and do other things whilst waiting for my party to fill up or looking for one to join!

However things can always be improved, and there is no doubt that many players see it as a carry service now and are abusing the system. We need a filter to match what most players ask for in their description (experienced, already beaten etc) on a system level which I think should be fairly easy to implement and can further improve this great tool.

So, what if those people are "desperate" because they are good players stuck looking for learning parties? I cannot tell you how long it took me to down Titan HM not because I could not dodge, but because others couldn't. Farming parties being there, one would assume that these people knew what they were doing. I could care less if you have won or not, as long as you know HOW TO WIN.

You took this to the forums Momoji? You are part of possibly the largest FC on the balmung server and there quite of few that still have not cleared titan EX, you could train your fellow FC mates so they could farm with you and I agree with other post having a titan win does not mean they know what they doing so ifrit check would be pointless.

437 people in Sundown last time I checked. around 70 logged in at every hour or so I've seen while checking FC's activity in Balmung. You might have the people to play with, as Lexia said

If they do add such an option, I hope they limit it so you can't mark "must have cleared it before" without having cleared it yourself with the job/role you're planning to go as.
