    strange female Miquote in Mor Dhona

    There a strange npc in Mor Dhona dress in white as a ARN walking around the crystal blinking in and out. There is no name and you can't click on her.

    my FC said it was a back ground npc. It's just a little creepy to me to it walk for a bit then disappear.
