90% + of the time, the couple minutes leading up to the crash will provide a series of specific errors.
Well every time it has crashed it has always been running any dungeon and the times vary when it dose crash, but most of the time it is right at the start of the boss fights. Sadly I have looked for anything in my crash log and there is nothing since my computer shuts all power off instantly. I will say this that I can play the game all day long without any problems, which why I say it has to due something with the server side or something in the configuration file that has some code that I have yet to find.

@Lurkios I tried that a long time ago. Trust me when i say I wish it was a hardware problem on my end cause I would have fixed this a while ago

Try unplug the GFX from the slot and put it in firmly again, when unplugged it from the slot, make sure the contacts are clean. It could be weird like that sometimes.

Instant power-off indicates internal system hardware issues, not applications telling your machine to turn off.

It also leaves the door open to components other than videocard, but one thing at a time...

Have you tried to run a benchmark on loop on the highest settings? I would wager a similar result happens IF it is the video card. Google the Heaven Benchmark by Unigine. Its free and powerful.

Absolutely not evidence to support SE's fault in the matter. Sorry, but it really isn't.

Well I have tried the Heaven Benchmark on a loop for a good two hours and nothing. I check every cable to see if maybe heat was causing them to become lose and thus leading to the power outage. I watched my temps all of which
were 26c to 35c so no overheating there. Checked all my drivers and the files to see if maybe something didn't install correctly and found nothing.
I tried to reenact this problem with other game like Total War Rome 2 that are just as graphically demanding and after eight hours nothing would happen even during online play and using graphic enhancements so I could
cause something to go wrong and still nothing.

I know you say that this is not on SE end. Then why? Why only when i go run a Dungeon on this game and only this and why did this only start happening to after the server grouping was implemented.

Each time the issue occurs, the conditions are the same.

You are at your place of residence.
You are using the same computer each time.

The only way you can isolate the cause of the issue is to change different factors of how you are playing.

Do you have a friend who lives nearby who either plays XIV or has a comp capable of playing?
Does the exact same problem occur for them?
How about if they move their comp over to your home?
How about if you play on your comp at their home?

    How often does it occur?

What conditions are happening as it happens? Are these conditions causing it every time? Every other time?

You don't blame spoiled milk on the cow when you haven't ruled out the cup, the fridge, the grocer, etc.

If it isn't the GPU, this would be the next thing I would check as well.

Check Event Viewer. You should have critical flags of the crash with the bug code. Google the code to pull the specific event and TS steps.

Sounds like a driver crash/Kernel panic/Hardware crash. Reinstall drivers make sure they are up to date. If crashing still occurs, you may have a bad GPU.

Okay following Marishi-Ten Advice here is what Event Viewer says that it is a Kernel-Power Event ID 41 which states.

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Though out of the new tests done today it now shuts off while loading the instant in any case I want to thank everyone who has helped out and I want to say sorry to everyone who ran AV with a randomly vanishing paladin tank.

For those who read this I fixed the crashing by un-installing the game and deleting every file for FFXIV and then re-install the game.
