Can Not Need Items

I play a Dragoon, and most of the time I'm in a dungeon something I Need drops but the game will Not let me Need on it, could you please fix this problem it's kind of killing the game experience for me.

Need = item for your class you play while you loot
Greed = item you may like to have but it's not for the class you are playing while looting

U sure the item was Dragoon exclusive? Sorry for a "Captain Obvious" question but I never heard of or experienced a bug like this.

only job specify item can be "need", all others are "greed"

Often times anything that just says Disciple of War can not be "Need"ed by Dragoons, because the item is inferior to items that are intended for Dragoons at the same level range.
