Not hitting Flash after provoking the Spiny, which ends up heading back to the OT due to ability enmity and wipes the raid. Or not DPSing down the spiny once it comes, resulting in the raid not getting into the bubble quickly enough. Or hell, go back to Garuda and Ifrit HM. All the little stun mistakes and positioning mistakes you could make which would end the business. Hells, unless you're doing Titan, you're constantly dealing with mechanics that can wipe a raid.

I don't know if that is really a minor slip. You screwed up your one job, that's a pretty big slip. But OK, I'll accept that. I don't really think it could be classed as a minor slip though.

As for Garuda/Ifrit HM, positioning is something people can adapt to. Unless you're majorly screwing it up it is almost never irreversible.

I get your angle though, and its reasonable but I don't really see any mistakes that could wipe a raid as being 'minor'. It's a pretty big screw-up if everyone is dead and it is specifically your fault.

A minor slip to me is when picking up the mobs as they drop in Turn 4, and the mobs position didn't update in time with your ability activation and was outside the overpower/flash radius. That 2.5 seconds you're GCD locked is enough time for it to potentially either kill or damage a healer. It's happened once or twice in the last few months, so it's just incredibly minor to me but it can potentially lead to a wipe.

More reasonable than the other one. That's not really something you can fault yourself with though, is it? Unless I'm misunderstanding, it seems like a server issue.

If you were actually outside of flash range, and it wasn't something caused by a delay you can't very well control, then it'd be a pretty minor screw-up that could cause a wipe. But if its just a server delay thing I kind of put that one on SE.

I mean, I've also seen the AI go insane, and sometimes it'll not aggro properly, because something caught its attention, so it'll target you, but then run over to another player and smack them. AI issues and built-in delays aren't really something players can control.
