They dnt really need to care bout anything else than WHAT theyre targeting and WHERE.
Healers in the other hand have to:
Watch theyre positioning for optimal Aoe heals or dodging purposes, watch for enemy moves, time their casts, watch over everyone's health, watch their MP.

Ifrit EX is the best example that comes to my mind.

PS: Its coming from someone who can play each of the 3 roles in endgame content ( WHM main ).
Titan EX: Tanks must switch at fairly precise windows. Offtank must grab mini-Titans and secure enmity within 5 seconds. Heaven forbid you get hit by those landslides with a sliver of safe zones to stand on too.

Ifrit EX: Tanks must switch at very precise windows. Must be in front but not get hit by Incinerate. Must not be hit by Howling Wind while on the side. Must be on the edge when offtanking, dodging Howling Wind, dodging melee, dodging Incinerate, to place offtank Eruption appropriately.

T5: Tank positioning of neurolinks. Calls timings of phase changes (holding DPS). Decides when or when not to jump inside Conflagrations. Places snakes perfectly in position for LB while dodging debuffs.

Healer: Dodge stuff (same that DPS do). Cure constantly (i.e. take an action every GCD; which everyone does). Manage MP. Real difficult.

There's a reason I prefer to play SCH or WHM even though it is mind-crushingly boring.

    It's because it's mind-crushingly boring.

Revengance! That's one fight that's easy on the MT. It's worse to be the OT in duty finder.

Tanking is the most stressful role I've put my hand up for in FFxiv so far. I thought getting my DPS up to a respectable level was stressful lol, I now need to take a deep breath when I queue up for a dungeon on PLD. IMO it is worth it though .

you haven't done anything challenging with tanking based of your levels in those classes

you don't even have to play good prior to brayflox and then by the time your in extreme primals, while it might not be advanced math to play the class, if you mess up everyone sees it, so you better be on point.

also good tanks know good tanks, its easy to spot the pretenders out there that just have gear

If DPS insist on pulling, I simply stand there and let them die.

If healer continues healing them, I tell them to stop or let them die too.

you dont achieve anything with that , just make yourself look bad, letting teammates die is worse than pulling

I'm not sure where this notion comes from to be honest. What I see is usually the other way round, Tanks treating people like dirt because they know they'll be too scared to kick them as they won't get a replacement.

I've also done most level 50 content as Healer/Tank and I always got more bitching as Healer than I ever did as Tank.

If that's the case they all look bad, but nevertheless it is bad if a dps keeps insisting on pulling ignoring the tank for whatever silly reasons. The dps did not sign up as tank therefore they don't pull mobs because they're impatient. If they're rushing to go somewhere in reality then don't queue up for a dungeon. The healer just doing their job trying to keep the team alive, but it's not cool healing someone whose being rude to the tank especially if it's a polite good tank.
