Next Tank Job?

We don't need another tank job. We need a good ranged DPS that's not a caster. /lolBRD

Currently in circulation:

3 RDPS
2 Melee DPS
2 Heals
2 Tanks

Of everything listed, Tanks are 100% in the shortest supply. I'd argue that we do need another tank job, and that we need another rdps the least.
