Next Tank Job?

I,ve been hearing from several friends and even random people I run into who believe that Samurai is going to be the next tank. Was just wondering if anyone has any info that would suggest this? Ive looked all over and have come up with nothing.

Also, how would a SAM tank even work? Would he be like a parry master with high defense or evasion? Similar to how nin in XI had high evasion and shadows would SAM have high evasion and high parry rate counter moves similar to third eye? If not, what are some ways you would implement a SAM tank? Or is sam being a tank in any sense just completely off base? lol

After thinking about it, adding SAM as a tank would probably boost tank population. Who doesnt like Katanas?
