Square Enix Account Payment Update

So, my credit card number changed since my last payment. The only option that I would think would work is to update my subscription selection. I choose my card type and duration and hit next. "No changes have been made to your subscription or payment method."

There is no place to enter in a new CC. I was hoping to resolve this before my account is disconnected due to no payment. Maybe then it will prompt me for the credit card info.

Mog station ---> square enix account setting --> register/update payment
