A WHM and a WAR looking for Free Company (raiding oriented)

Hi Coeurl. A friend of mine (WAR) and I (WHM) are looking for a free company on the server and figured this would be a good place to start. We are new to Final Fantasy 14 end game and would like a helpful FC to show us the ropes. We are still probably a week or so from 50 but plan to be very active end game players. There are a few things we are looking for seeing as if the FC works out, we will be sticking around for a while.

-We would prefer to use a voice chat service other than skype.
-Willing to help teach the different raids and primal hard and EX fights once we have the gear to partake in them.
-Have a spot for both of us in the same raid group or at least most runs.

While we are new to FF XIV, we are both experienced end game players with years of end game experience with games such as WoW and Star Wars. If you think we'd be a good fit and your FC is willing to give us a shot, please reply or simply post a link to any FC website. We look forward to hearing from you.

"Lightbringers" <Light> is looking to increase our raiding activity with new members. We are a very supportive FC with an extensive LS network. We currently are Farming Bahamuts Coil T1-4 and are working on Ex Primals. Our FC and LS actively helps new members getting into Endgame with the goal of having a "Static Pool" for our members to pull from for Content. We run relic quests from start to finish weekly so we can get you caught up fairly quickly once you hit 50. We currently however use Skype until we find a VC client compatible with all members. Most of us have all the VC clients available however. (Mumble, Skype, Vent, TS3, etc) If this sounds like a good fit send me a tell or post so we can link up. See you in game!

Thank you all for replying. To answer the question on looking for a carry guild. No, both Jaia and I know how much work is required at early 50 to be able to successfully pull our weight in your average raid guild. We leveled as a Healer / tank combo to make the early 50 grind easier and quicker. But it is also only the two of us playing. We view the early 50 grind as an opportunity to get to know people in a FC who may want to gear out an alternate DD job or something. Which is why we would like to find an FC before we hit 50 and be able offer our endless dungeon runs as a breaking of the ice so to speak.

First things first, Carry? Gods no. In fact, if you're looking to carry us, look elsewhere. The fun is in playing the game, the failures along the way, the struggle to get to the end is what makes the reward so sweet. We WANT to fight our way to the top.

We came from a tight knit WoW guild that unfortunately collapsed from a lack of dedicated people. It was a great community, but a sadly stagnant one. People left, as people do, and no one came along to take their place. A handful of us have stayed connected through the years and through other games, but time takes its toll and the two of us are pretty much all that remains of that crew on the MMO side.

What we're looking for is to recapture the feel of the community we had with a new group while finding a crew robust enough that it can incorporate us and survive the normal MMO turnover. We're raiders, that where we find our fun in these games, but it's no fun raiding with strangers =)

tbh you would enjoy the guild im in,i was being sarcastic which is hard to see on forums,you basically described the fc im in.im not much of a recruter tbh but i would welcome you..i honestly believe you picked the best world in ff,everyone knows everyone pretty much
