Personally I would like the following, but dreams are nothin' but dreams;

Remove the GCD, do not remove Magic cast times. TP is a resource to be managed

Skill Speed changed to Regain; Regain increases your overall TP pool, Regain stat effects the rate at which you recover TP and by extension how often you can unleash your skills.

(Yes basically make TP analogous to Piety)

Spell Speed remains due to the nature of spells not being instant.

Remove Accuracy.

Change Sprint to be based on a set time interval rather than tied to TP; make the interval long enough that it does not trivialize current boss mechanics. (15-25sec??)

Base DPS gear variation around Determination, Critical Hit Rate, Regain -> begin incorporating additional effects on armor again, and begin incorporating gear set bonuses.
