[Suggestion] Please list the person who initiates a Vote Abandon

I am frankly sick of the "anonymity" of Vote Abandon.
I've joined Garuda Extreme several times this week and between 1-3 wipes some idiot hits vote abandon. Even after rejecting it 3 times, the guy kept doing it until he finally "spoke up" and we realized who was initiating it.

It's really annoying. The anonymity of it gives people a "safe zone" and rather than actually attempting to clear the content, or find out what's wrong and work around it, they just give up. I personally don't have to wait long (I que as a healer with a tank friend) but do these DPS enjoy waiting in que for an hour only to give up within 10 minutes?? I feel like if the name of the give-upper was listed they'd be less likely to press the button and feel like the jerk who ragequits. (Of course there are people who don't care either way but I play on a Japanese server and I'm almost certain none of them want to look like the bad guy who quits.)


So yes tl;dr, please list the name of the person who initiates vote abandon (aka ギブアップ) because I'm sick of people wasting time and not even TRYING to clear content unless every single party member is perfect.

My problem has been Pharos Sirius though, people quitting before be even start because it's "too hard" .-.

Yes please, also there should be some restrictions to use it in the first place (like only after a group wipes 3 times on the same encounter).

In the all the time since release, i only had 1 situation where i thought a vote abandon would be nice, when my whole PT would agree we're no match for that boss and it would be best to just call it after many wipes...

So, maybe i'm a little radical on this (i hate nothing more than rage quitters, they on the same level as RMT in my book), but also it should just kick the WHOLE PT if the WHOLE PT vote yes, if not and you don't want to go on, you can always just leave yourself.

that feature like the kick is to be abandonned altogether, annihilated, taken away, cancelled. It shouldnt exist, if someone wants to abandon, then he abandons on his own and goes, the rest is free to decide by themselves if they want or dont want to go, what the heck is that *abandon* thing possibility. The reasons to abandon often are foolish and childish, mostly because people THINK that after one wipe they wont make it and so they abandon ?? the rest is thrown out if the vote is yes by the majority and so you are stuck queuing again for hours ....same for the kick...those features are for adults and in this game there are few adults, understand, mature enough, to use that feature, therefore, like for young children, if they cant play properly with a toy, the toy is removed until they understand that some toys arent a joke.

So to me is not a matter of a suggestion..remove those two completely from the game.

So I should lose the ability to let everyone quit gracefully when a situation is hopeless, or to remove a truly toxic player, just because a few kids abused the system and made you feel bad?

I'd agree with the OP's solution.

If someone abuses it, people will notice and they'll get kicked eventually.

Alternatively, limit an 'Abandon' vote to once per player, per dungeon.

Agree with OP and the vote abandon should be exactly like the vote kick (1 per 24h) So you cannot spam vote abandon until ppl are agree to abandon. 1 click per day.

Just make the vote to abandon time restricted, ie can't use it in the first 30 min of the dungeon or something.

I think the better option is if you vote to abandon and it doesn't go threw you get ejected from the group. with a 15 min timer.
