Glitch in Garuda Extreme Mode

So the instance starts out as normal but whenever Garuda disappears for the first time my game still registers her as there. Rain of feathers comes down and Garuda vanishes, then minstral Shriek happens down the pillars. Garuda doesn't reappear. Plumes are summoned and there is no Garuda to target for 2nd phase.

I am on ps3 and my party can see her while I can't. This will happen 50% of the time. If it's an error on my end then I accept that but I've reset my router after each occurence to make sure that I'm at least making an effort to minimize any lag on my part.

This happens to my friend quite often but not exclusive to garuda (in fact we haven't seen it happen in it before). It happens to her more often in Ultima where at times he just doesn't appear for her but everyone else can see it fine (has also happened with twintania). Resetting the instance or relogging usually helps, obviously that isn't a choice for you mid fight.
