It probably is succor. I just never really looked at the skill's effect since I'm too busy healing to stare at it usually lol. It looked really freaky though since the whole thing was spinning pretty fast and the lines made it look like it was absorbing light. I thought my book was about to implode lol. There are a few more pictures on my blog with the light on different weapons. The screenshots are on my PS3 and I'm posting on my phone, so it was just easier to post them there. I'm still really curious what the text means, if anybody knows.
