Hi, I am in charge of a smallish FC that sounds like maybe what you are looking for. We have ~16 really active people at the moment and looking to expand just a little. We have a coil group working on turn 5, and learning the EX primals. We have some members itching for coil, but having to pug because schedule/numbers haven't lined up for us to have a 2nd static. We are saving for a large house, and making pretty good progress.

Management is laid back, we are all adults. No events are Mandatory, and no one is forced to contribute to housing fund. We have stuff to do most every day, because someone always has something they want/need done. Mostly we run after 9pm est, but members host events earlier in the day to keep things moving.
