FATE Joined recruiting for third group

We're recruiting for our third group to down present and future raid content, likely including 24 man raids.

Read below for details on what jobs and roles we're looking for, as well as the item requirement and raid night/time information.

We are willing to accept other players as well, but we are not into the types of players who will beg for assistance all the time. Everyone is mature and over the age of 20, and most have jobs and other engagements. The time they get to play outside of raiding is important to them, and they'd rather not be running hundreds of Titan hard modes for people who will just leave after they get what they want.


Raid Nights and Times:

Nights - Tuesday and Thursday
Time - 5:30 PST / 8:30 EST for start time. End time is at group's discretion.

Item Requirements:

We ask that you have at least full Darklight and an item level 80 weapon. Some i80 and i90 is a bonus, but not a requirement.

General Rules and Conditions:

• Must be able to remain calm and keep a cool head
• Must respect each other
• Must be willing to improve their group's and their own skills
• Must have a good raid mentaliy. (e.g. "I didn't get a piece I wanted, this sucks" type temper tantrums. It's important for the group that everyone gets geared.)
• Socializing within the group is required, within the Free Company is hoped for as well

Loot Rules:

We do not institute a DKP or loot council system, however there are a few rules.

• Main class takes priority. Paladin cannot take gear that a caster needs and vice versa until the piece is no longer needed.
• Priority then goes to those with that alternative class to 50.
• Generally, in the instance that two people need a main class piece, for example Black Mage and Summoner, the first drop gets rolled on, then second drop goes to the person who lost the roll, etc.

This rule can be modified if the two players agree upon something, for example, our tanks in my group had agreed on left side pieces for our main tank and right side pieces for our offtank, to benefit our group.

Relevant Information

Within the skeleton of this group we have several people with experience, but we are not requiring experience to join, thus this is a fresh group.

One group is on Twintania, and the other has had Twintania on farm for two months.

We believe this wealth of knowledge and experience can help bring the third group to a high status.
