    I've won one too, still nothing. Apparently NA players have received theirs, but I'm going by a post on a different forum. When the Heavensturn winners are announced, perhaps we should contact support if we still have nothing.

    i hadn't gotten mine either for the doppelganger contest a while back and had sent in a ticket in-game. I received it within 3 days, so just contact support and they'll send it over.
