Class/level: All DoH Classes/50
Race: Hyur male
Steps:
1. I want to crafting Pineapple Juice on Monday and suddenly I cant craft it so I decide to send bug reports to Customer Support via In-game Customer Support
2. Waiting for 2 days no reply and my friend told me to check History at the customer support desk. But There is no history at my page, eventhough I already sent the bug report 3 times.

Unless I counted up the control stats for all the eq wrong, the base Control for the equipment you have is 303
Since you had a screenshot previously that showed your Control as 306, you probably have at least one meld as well

Pineapple Juice requires Control to be 318 before you can craft it...

I can only assume that you were using Control food when you did craft the Pineapple Juice the first time since it is checked as crafted at least once, or you have multiple pieces of your accessories of which not all are melded and you have the unmelded pieces now.

As for the History tab... that's something I can't comment on, if that is the problem you're posting about.

In the screenshot you provided yourself that time you show that you don't have enough Control to actually craft that item.
It would help a lot if you can show another screenshot where you show that your control IS high enough and are still unable to craft it.

You can use food items to increase your control enough that you can craft the item again. Are you sure you were not using crafting food when you did craft the item the first time?
