I'm not arguing against more gear just the stupidity that is 'gear swapping'. Sure set yourself up before you enter battle but during, who in their right mind would do that. I know of a guy, Mad Jack Churchill, on the Normandy landings of WWII he jumped forward from the landing craft, played on some bagpipes then threw a hand grenade at a bunker. That's just one of the crazy things he did but I know he never changed his outfit halfway up the beach.

I've seen nothing but horrible things from 'Elitism' and only ever seen it create schisms in communities. The fact there's a penalty for swapping gear whilst engaged just shows the old (possibly new) dev team's position on it.

I agree on the Bags/Satchels, you know the saying 'two great minds think alike'? well try a few dozen. Also thought about the old school immunities to bad status effects given by accessories and the like
