[ Dev's ] Gear Swaps Can I have It?

everyone on this post is just screaming noooo with no really good reasons.

1. Have you seen how long it takes to change say 6 pieces of gear with a macro in this game? It's not instant like in FFXI.
2. Flashing/blinking players
3. Carrying around extra gear
4. There's not enough gear variety in this game yet to make gear swapping useful
5. It's annoying
