You claim you leveled BLM, WHM, RDM, BRD, and SMN to 75 and yet you tell us to make 6-18 macros for a single Cure spell?
Problem solved! Everyone make 6-18 macros for Cure III and 6-18 more for Cure IV!
I like how you know so much about how mages are supposed to macro spells and yet your THM is 12 and your CON is 26 while your ARC is 50. I know that it's a different game but anyone can say they leveled everything to 75 in XI and have no proof either lol

They can always extremely easily (5 minute of coding [5 weeks of testing heh]) put in a check that prevents you from changing gear in battle or shortly thereafter if needed. I like having lots of different gear suits myself. I didn't like so much finding storage for it though.

gear swapping during battle would honestly not be bad, only if they added a penalty while in combat, like they do in "PvP" in FFXI

but as it was in normal combat, I would be against it 100%

Off-topic, but you do know that you can go to Settings->General Settings and change the number of posts per page so it's not the default of 10, right? 20, 30, or 40 is perfectly reasonable and cuts the thread down to a mere 6 pages.

But yeah, you're right. It's stupid having 18 macros per spell as the only healer in an alliance. It's much better to have two or three healers who each have 18 macros per spell.
