Want to Unlink an account to a ps3

Im helping a friend to get in the game, so the backstory is this..
he bought the game for ps3 some time ago, already ARR, he installed the game and enter to the game, he play some time and then never playd again.
now he want to return but that SE account is lost, also dont have the password for that account and the email that was registered is lost so pretty much the SE account is lost, so he make a new square enix account and put some crysts to start to play, but he cant register again the code because was used on the old SE accunt, he state that dont want the free month only have acces to the game is this possible?
also he need to unlink his ps3 with the old account so he can enter the new one

Might be best to find away to recover that other account, maybe call support.

Has far as i know once a (PSN account) is linked it can't be unlinked.
