Amaljaa tribe quest "Losing one's tempered"

My character don't interact with one of the quest points. When i target point and click to interaction - my skillbars just shaded and then nothing.

5.Two others point interacted as intended
6.Try to abandon quest and accept again
7.I've tryed several times and still can't intreact with the same point

this seems to be a bug on multiple servers I am on and ran into the same bug on 1/28/2014 hyperion at 4:40 pst and I have submitted an bug report in game it is not an intermittent problem ever one else on my server cannot complete it am using an ps3 and I keept trying to kill the puglist and wont die even when no hp but at that time my char animation sequence acts eratic

It's happening to me too, on Cactuar, except a different quest - Before They Are Tempered (edit: specifically the cage around x18y25). It's the exact same situation though - try to unlock a cage and it just disables skills for a second then nothing. I'm not being attacked by anything, I have the key item, etc.

I also saw some people attempting to do the same quest but unable to also.
