Gilgamesh... you guys think he will come in a FATE?

In my opinion, Gilgamesh probably will come as FATE(maybe a battle like hydra) but if it come in a FATE... we wil lost all the fun because it will be a very fast fight for a great boss >.< so what do you guys think? it will be a fate or a battle like chimera?

I'm kind of hoping he comes as a Trial to be honest. Would be nice and challenging. Some interaction with Odin would be cool too

I hope Gilgamesh is given ANYTHING but please please please not another silly FATE. Because the Odin and Behemoth FATEs are really, really lame. I wish those were transplanted and given seperate Trials (maybe 24-person?) to battle them to make them feel more epic and not just zergfests.

Considering that storyline so far, it seems headed that way. That said, I just can't see an open world Gilgamesh that pops every 30 minutes. Would seem wrong.

The battle is part of a story quest line. (Hildibrand.) So it would be pointless to make it a FATE that pops without quest progression.

They already have that for Hildibrand though, so you can't say they wouldn't.

He might be a FATE for the first fight, but at the end of the FATE he could run away and we get a duty/instance where we fight him solo or in a party. That's how I'd like it anyway.

Battle on the big bridge fate, then duty/instance like a primal fight against him, possibly also on the big bridge =p

Seeing as how fun the Hildebrand questline was, it would really be a shame if it just ended with just a F.A.T.E.
I think they'll put a little more effort into it than they do for the seasonal events.

He will come as rare 24hr spawn, who gets claim + kill gets the drops.
