Miniature Aetheryte on FC Housing Land

Hey, been looking online everywhere and even tried asking on other posts, but I still can't find/get an answer. I have a very quick and simple question for those that own housing and have put a Mini-Aetheryte on their land.

When placed on the land, do all FC members automatically get Estate added to their teleport list or do all FC members have to attune (click on) the Miniature Aetheryte to acquire the ability to teleport to Estate?

It is automatically in the tele list once placed for all fc members.
Note when using the tele it is not shared across the party, works like a paid return.

Thing I hate about the mini Aetheryte is that it's cost is still too high and can't use pt teleport. It's easier to favor the city and then mass teleport there...

They need to lower the cost more or make it able to party teleport like standard locations.

Actually I would say you are better off favoriting on cities anyway, for quick airship access, and using it as a bump tele for the housing exits. HP your home housing city, and use the spare favorite for Mor Dhona since it is the only location that is really in the boonies anymore.

If they'd only make the link between the city aethernet and the residential district aethernet two-way, instead of one-way as it is currently, it'd actually become somewhat useful.

We definitely understand this request, but at the moment we do not have any plans to add this type of feature. This isn't to say that we will definitely not add this feature in the future, but for now we would like to keep private aetherytes and the housing aethernet as they function currently.

One thing to note, however, as we mentioned previously we will be adding repair NPCs, market boards, and other features to housing areas to make them more convenient, and this should reduce the necessity to head back to town.

It's been asked before, but will we be able to set our mini-aetheryte as a literal home point?

What do you mean by two-way? If you want to go back to town you just teleport back to town. I don't see the problem. And too expensive? It's 50g...what do you want? 1 g? As for party teleport.. that won't work because your party is NOT going to always be made up of your FC members alone or more importantly a member of an FC that also has a house with a mini-aetheryte in the same housing district. What should happen in these cases? Does the housing teleport take them all to your house? Does it take the party members to their respective houses? Do those w/o an FC house just get the error unable to teleport?
